You enjoy contributing to an excellent customer experience by proactively managing the flow of goods between our customers, our 3PL partners and headquarters. Ensuring the right product is at the right place at the right time will aid all other company operations to thrive. Through your daily work everybody can rely on sufficient inventory at all times, short turnaround times and transparent communication. We operate with 3PL partners carrying our inventory and supplying our customers with products according to their orders. Your project management skills will optimize and reliably execute one of the most vital business functions of our company. Your responsibilities:

• Oversee and proactively manage the intersection between customer orders and 3PL/logistics partners
• Close communication with our 3PL partners and external warehouses through e-mail, phone and regular update meetings
• Close exchange with the US team on inventory levels, order issues and returns
• Managing and updating product information on our e-commerce websites and warehouse backends
• Managing occasional big sea- and airfreight orders with Schrammek headquarters in Germany and our importing agent
• Implementing and improving logistics and order-flow processes where necessary
• Forecasting and proactively managing inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability at all time

Your profile:

• 2+ years work experience in any start-up, project management or logistics management role
• Proactive, hands-on mode of operation
• Passion for cutting-edge service and customer centricity
• Diligent, intrinsic and results driven attitude
• Experience with WordPress / WooCommerce is a plus
• Affinity for beauty or fashion related brands
• US citizenship / permanent work permit required

The role is full-time or part time and based in our amazing Las Vegas, NV office. Remote work quota is possible.
