You enjoy educating professionals through hands-on trainings and allowing them to thrive with innovative and results-driven treatment methods such as the Original GREEN PEEL® and derma.cosmetics range. You will be setting up your own training dates at suitable locations and managing successful training events for our professional customers in collaboration with our Las Vegas headquarters. You are strong in sales and converting prospects into future customers through expert knowledge. Our team will be providing all the necessary tools & knowledge for you to be successful. Your responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on facial treatments, ensuring a deep understanding of techniques, products, and protocols.
• Facility Management: Have access to or the ability to secure a suitable facility for conducting training sessions including treatment beds.
• Recruitment: Identify and enroll licensed professionals into training programs.
• Sales: Promote and sell training programs and products.
• Adherence to Curriculum: Ensure adherence to protocols to maintain consistency and quality.
• Skin Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.

Your profile:

• Licensure: Must hold a valid license in esthetics or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in training skincare professionals, with a focus on facial treatments. Bi-lingual is a plus!
• Facility Access: Ability to secure or provide a facility for training purposes (6-10 students).
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to sell training programs and products.
• Skin Expertise: Extensive knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatments
• Commitment to ongoing professional development Strong organizational and time management abilities 

The role is a remote freelance position on an as-needed basis.
